The Board of Directors at Palmetto Gardens Condominium Association is composed of homeowner-elected volunteers who are committed to representing the best interests of the community. Together, they work closely with Lexsa Property Management to oversee the governance, operations, and financial well-being of the association.
Their role is to ensure the community remains well-maintained, compliant with state regulations, and guided by its governing documents — all while fostering a cooperative and respectful environment for residents.

• Coordinating regular board meetings and annual elections
